I don’t know what it’s made of, china I think. It’s on my shelf, I bought it such a long time ago when I was young. I came here during the second world war after being shot at by soldiers. The horse reminds me of when I first got here and I worked with horses on a farm out in the country. Mr Coleman was the farmer. He was a Cambridge educated man and I was his caretaker. We used to talk, he was like a father to me. He was the greatest gentleman you’d ever met, you don’t find them like that anymore.
